Let me tell you about the difference in my energy levels today! I took all my herbs this morning and drank a liter of water • which is progress for me lol but already a huge difference! I feel so good and full of energy; even after 8hrs straight on my feet. I literally threw my coffee away.

How to make:
Boil 1 cup of water, place 1-2 tbsp of herbs in pot, cover pot and let herbs boil for 15-20 mins
